Christmas Cookie Decorating & Festive Gift Bag Crafting
Join us for a warm and creative holiday celebration!
Our youth volunteers will guide kids in decorating their own Christmas cookies and designing festive gift bags. Parents are warmly welcome to join in—share a sweet moment of family bonding and relive a little bit of childhood magic together.
This hands-on holiday activity is designed for children aged 7 and above, making it perfect for families looking to create memories, enjoy creativity, and connect with our wonderful volunteer community.

📍 Location: 1030 Speers Road, Oakville
💲 Fee:
$15 for one kid
$26 for family of 2
$33 for family of 3
$40 for family of 4
Collected at the event. There will be some costs associated with running the activity; all remaining funds after covering expenses will be donated to the Oakville Hospital Foundation.

🍪 What You’ll Enjoy
Christmas Cookie Decorating (Take-Home Activity)
Each participant will:
✔ Decorate four Christmas cookies
✔ Create their own unique festive packaging bag
✔ Take all decorated cookies home at the end of the workshop
All guided by our trained youth leaders!
☕ On-Site Refreshments
We will offer:
Freshly baked cookie samples
Additional snacks and light refreshments
All cookies are made fresh, with no additives, and all icing colors are derived from natural food ingredients, making them a healthier holiday choice.
If participants enjoy the cookies, extra gift packs will be available for purchase as perfect seasonal treats for family and friends.
👧👦 About Our Youth Team
This is a youth-led program supported by the Oakville Hospital Foundation and the Oak Medical Education Foundation.
Our youth team takes the lead in planning, organizing, and running charity events — and all net proceeds are donated to our local hospital.
Beyond this Christmas activity, more exciting events are coming soon.
